Catherine is an active mom of two young boys, Luke (4) and Connor (21 months). An avid runner, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help women reach their fitness goals. She has personally experienced the benefits of Restore the Core and Karna Camp to her running performance, overall fitness, and energy level.

Catherine is an ACE certified Group Fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, RRCA ceritified running coach and is also certified in Pre and Postnatal fitness.

I Liq Chaun (ANNEX)

WHAT: I-Liq Chuan is an internal Chinese martial art system based on principles of Zen and Tai Chi. Literally translated, the name means "mind-body fist" or alternatively "mental-physical boxing." Often referred to as the "Martial Art of Awareness" due to its emphasis on mindfulness training as the foundation for achieving martial skill.
