Mountain Strength Fitness

We at Mountain Strength Fitness believe that there are different and better ways to get fit that do not involve hours at the gym.
With this belief we design our workouts to involve full body workouts, strength and conditioning workouts.
We use body weight excercises, kettlebells, dumbells and anything else we can get our hands on that has proven to work.

New Whole Body Mom and Baby Workout




Whole Body Forte Presents this seasons MOM BABY MOVEMENT class...


Whole Body Forte's theory is to kiss the spirit. The programs are designed to energize you and your baby while learning new movements.This class is a workout for mom and baby. You must register for this class. It is $45 for 4 classes.


Two of the classes we will focus more on baby and fun movements and dancing to increase flexibility and fun. The other weeks we will focus more on mom and activities to build strength,endurance while promoting precise coordination.

This class is for crawlers and under. The studio is padded and there will be soft blocks setup for your babies entertainment. Please bring a blanket and toys for your baby. This class is moderately structured so as to allow the parent to feed and or tend to baby with comfort while the workout continues.

Class begins on December 14th and runs the 21,28th and January 4th

Time: 9:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m.

Price: $45 before class begins.

Core Power Pilates Wednesdays 7-7:45pm


Description: By working the “Powerhouse” or core muscles (the abdominal and back muscles in the center of your body) you will improve strength and posture and develop a long, lean line. As you begin to focus on your body as a whole, you’ll achieve better alignment and teach your body to work more efficiently. This class is for beginners new to the Pilates method, as well as those who are more experienced. Participants of all ages and different fitness levels are welcome. Please bring a mat. You may also want a towel & water bottle.

Instructor: Liz Kelley Boksanski brings decades of athletic experience into our Beginner/Intermediate Pilates class. A former High School All American Soccer Player
& National Champion, Liz went on to to mix-up her fitness routine by cross-training,
and incorporating lower impact exercises. Liz found that the Mat Pilates fitness method helped her focus on integrating her entire body to strengthen & tone her core - without the high-impact stress that other activities put on her body. Liz was certified by one of the most respected national schools of Pilates instruction and is committed to teaching with fresh and innovative techniques while honoring the integrity of the methods of classical Pilates. Liz lives in Arlington with her husband Steve, and 16 month old son Ted.

Sessions and Fees: This class is every Wednesday from 7-7:45pm. There is no pre-registration required. The drop in class fee is $13 at the door and $109 for a 10 class card. Payment accepted in the form of cash or checks only.
