Karna Fitness (ANNEX)

WHAT: Karna means "core" in Swedish. Karna Fitness offer private and small group training for women at hundreds of locations nationwide.

WHEN: Mondays & Thursdays 6-7am.

Catherine is an active mom of two young boys, Luke (4) and Connor (21 months). An avid runner, she is thrilled to have the opportunity to help women reach their fitness goals. She has personally experienced the benefits of Restore the Core and Karna Camp to her running performance, overall fitness, and energy level.

Catherine is an ACE certified Group Fitness instructor, AFAA certified personal trainer, RRCA ceritified running coach and is also certified in Pre and Postnatal fitness.

Dodgeball with Social Boston Sports - (Main Area)

WHAT: Adult dodgeball leagues

WHEN: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings starting at 7:30pm

Self-Defense & Martial Arts (ANNEX)

WHAT: Self-defense, Combatives, and Martial Arts training.
Beginners and advanced welcome.

WHEN: Alternating Tuesday and Wednesday nights at 7:30.

FEES: Donation request of $5.



French Close Combat for Teenagers

WHAT: French Close Combat and fitness training, all in French.

WHEN: Mondays: 6:15 - 7:15 for younger teens.
                               6:30 - 7:30 for older teens.
